| The Pinedogs will hold a reunion concert with special guest, The Alison Pipitone Band, sponsored by the Friends of Diane LaVallee on Sunday, October 26th at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Ballroom, 681 Main Street, Buffalo. The concert is a fundraiser for Diane LaVallee, candidate for Erie County District Attorney.
Diane LaVallee has been a prosecutor for 25 years. In her 13 years with the Erie County District Attorney's office she became the first woman Assistant Bureau Chief of the County Court Bureau; the first woman Chief of the Consumer Frauds Bureau; the first prosecutor to use DNA evidence in a murder trial. As the chief of the CAAR Unit, she helped found the Child Advocacy Center and the Child Fatality Review Team of Erie County. Diane is linked closely with and has been honored by many law enforcement agencies including: the State Police, the Buffalo Police Sex Offense Squad, the Detective Sergeants and Detectives' Association, the FBI, the Wyoming County Sheriff's Department.
Diane LaVallee will put the People of Erie County first, by ensuring the District Attorney's office seeks the truth, not just convictions.
Tickets ($25.00) will be available at the door, and can be obtained in advance by contacting Emily at 836-6436 weekdays 9am-5pm.
